What we don't charge

Signing up, creating a profile, or browsing the marketplace.
Posting a project or bidding on one.
Depositing to your wallet or withdrawing back to M-Pesa (Safaricom's own transaction fees still apply — those go to Safaricom, not to us).
Opening or replying to a support ticket or dispute.
