How a tourism agent takes bookings and gets paid
1. A traveller asks to book one of your published packages (switch this off on a package if you prefer enquiries only).
2. On My tourism listing, Bookings, send a quote: the total, the deposit, when the balance is due, how many days before the start a cancellation is fully refunded, and the share you keep after that.
3. The traveller pays into escrow. You are told when the deposit and balance arrive.
4. After the trip, the traveller confirms it, or you are paid automatically a few days after the last day if no problem is reported.
You can cancel and refund in full at any time. Problems go to Bildfie staff, who decide. Bildfie's commission, if any, is shown in your pricing and plans page.
