What happens if I cancel a booked trip

The quote shows the agent's cancellation terms before you pay.

- Cancel before you have paid: nothing is charged.
- Cancel the number of days or more before the start that the quote states: everything you paid is refunded to your wallet.
- Cancel later: the agent keeps the share the quote states (often none) and the rest comes back to you.
- If the agent cancels, you always get everything back.

If something went wrong on the trip, use Report a problem instead. The money stays held until Bildfie staff decide.
