Trip reports: tell the next traveller what it was really like

Travellers can now write trip reports and tips about a place. A report written after a trip you booked and paid through Bildfie is marked Booked through Bildfie and can carry a star rating that shows on the package. Reports about a place you visited another way are stories, without stars.

• Agents can answer a report once.
• Phone numbers, emails and links cannot be posted.
• Anyone can report a post; staff look at reports.
