Job Summary
Bildfie is seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Manager to oversee the reliability, performance, availability, and continuous improvement of the platform. The successful candidate will ensure that all systems operate efficiently, resolve technical issues promptly, coordinate with developers, monitor infrastructure, and maintain high service availability and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the overall performance and health of the Bildfie platform.
- Ensure maximum system uptime and reliability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor servers, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Coordinate software deployments and system updates.
- Work closely with software developers to improve system performance.
- Maintain system documentation and technical procedures.
- Monitor application logs and system alerts.
- Optimize platform performance and scalability.
- Coordinate system maintenance and disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage backups and system restoration processes.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices.
- Recommend technology improvements and infrastructure upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in system administration, DevOps, IT infrastructure, or technical support.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Understanding of databases, networking, APIs, and system monitoring.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
