These terms apply to digital products sold on Bildfie Digitals: templates, plans, designs, software, plugins, themes, documents and other files. They are part of our Terms of Service.

1.What you get when you buy

In shortYou buy a licence to use the product as the product page says. You do not buy the copyright.
  • When you buy a digital product, the seller grants you a licence to use it as described on the product page (for example, the number of sites, projects or users).
  • The seller keeps the copyright and other rights. You may not resell, share, give away or publish the product files, unless the licence says you may.
  • Licences are personal to the account that bought them unless the product page says they can be transferred.

2.Licence keys and activation

In shortSome products need a licence key, checked by Bildfie's licence server. Sellers do not see where you use it.
  • Software products may come with a licence key. The product checks the key with the Bildfie licence server.
  • Activations count against the limit in your licence. You can free an activation from your licences page.
  • Sellers see that a licence is in use, but not the website addresses or devices where you use it.
  • A licence can be suspended if it is shared beyond its limit or used against these terms.

3.Selling digital products

In shortSell only your own work, describe it accurately and support it as promised.
  • You must own the product or have the right to license it, including any parts made by others (fonts, images, code libraries).
  • Describe accurately what the product does, what it needs to run and what support and updates you give.
  • Do not include malware, tracking that the buyer has not been told about, or code that harms the buyer's systems.
  • The commission for digital products applies to each sale.

4.Reviews, updates and refunds

In shortOnly buyers can review. If a product does not work as described and cannot be fixed, the buyer can get a refund.
  • Only buyers with a licence can review a product, once per licence. Sellers can reply.
  • Updates released by the seller are available to buyers as the licence describes.
  • If a product does not work as described and the seller cannot fix it, the buyer can ask for a refund under the Disputes & Refunds Policy.
