Bildfie respects the rights of creators and brand owners and expects members to do the same. This policy explains what is not allowed and how to report content that uses your work without permission.

1.Respecting others' rights

In shortPost only work you created or have permission to use.
  • Copyright protects original work: photos, drawings, plans, designs, writing, music, videos, courses and software. Do not post or sell copies without permission.
  • Trademarks protect brand names and logos. Do not use someone else's brand in a way that suggests a connection that does not exist, and do not sell fake branded goods.
  • Portfolios must show your own work, or make clear which part you did.
  • Bildfie's own name, logo, design and software belong to Bildfie. Do not copy them or use them to suggest you are Bildfie.

2.Reporting a copy of your work

In shortSend us the details and we will act quickly.

If you own the rights to something posted on Bildfie without your permission, email support@bildfie.com with "IP report" in the subject and include:

  1. your name and how we can reach you;
  2. the work you own, and proof that you own it, where you can;
  3. the link to the content on Bildfie;
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed, and that your report is accurate.

We review reports, remove or limit content where they are valid, and tell the member who posted it. False reports may be refused and, where made in bad faith, acted on.

3.If your content was removed

In shortIf you believe it was a mistake, tell us why.

If your content was removed after a report and you believe you have the right to use it, reply to our notice with your explanation and proof. We may restore it or pass your reply to the person who reported it.

4.Repeat infringement

In shortAccounts that repeatedly use others' work without permission are closed.

We close accounts that repeatedly post or sell content that infringes others' rights.
