Hiring a professional
For clients, homeowners and businesses.
Post a project or searchDescribe the work, the place and your budget, or search professionals by skill and place. Your name is not shown until someone bids.
Compare bidsBids can be compared side by side. Check profiles, reviews and verification badges, then message through Bildfie.
Hire and signChoose a professional. A workspace opens, and for work above KES 5,000 you both sign an agreement that is sealed once signed.
Fund one phase at a timeThe money for a phase is set aside from your wallet. You can take it back until the work is marked finished.
Mark it doneWhen the work is right you mark the phase done. The professional is paid within 15 minutes, and you can stop it in that time.
ReviewBoth sides review each other. Finished projects can become case studies.

Build a profileAdd up to three skill sets. You are found by skill and place, shown by first name until a client hires you.
Get verifiedVerification builds trust and unlocks receiving money. It is a one-time check of your ID and a selfie.
Bid or applyBid on projects that fit, or apply for jobs with your CV. Keep every conversation on Bildfie.
Do the work in phasesStart a phase once it is funded. Post updates and files in the workspace so both sides have one record.
Get paidMark a phase finished; once the client marks it done you are paid to your wallet within 15 minutes, less commission.
WithdrawTake your available balance to M-Pesa with your transaction PIN.
Selling and renting
For shops, sellers, landlords and property owners.
List honestlyUse your own photos and a true description. Phones, computers and vehicles need live photos and a sealed serial, IMEI or chassis record.
Take ordersBuyers pay through Bildfie into escrow. Dispatch or hand over within the time you state.
Get paid when deliveredPayment is released when the order is delivered. Protected items clear 30 minutes after handover.
Rent and depositsLandlords can collect rent through Bildfie; deposits are held and returned under the agreement.

Quizzes and examsPass the quizzes and the final exam, with the rules shown before you start.
Certificate of completionWhen you finish, you get a sealed certificate anyone can check by its number.

Set the rulesA group sets dues, funds, fines, meetings and who approves what.
Collect and recordMembers pay through Bildfie or the group records cash. Everyone sees the ledger and their own standing.
Approve money outMoney leaves a fund only when one official asks and another approves.
Rotate and share outMerry-go-round order is locked each cycle and each payout is approved by the chair.
